I’ve had a major issue with unwanted hair on my chin/neck for YEARS until now. I’ve literally tried everything and electrolysis has been the only thing that has helped. I’ve noticed that as the treatments progressed, the hair has stopped growing or growing back slower and thinner. My dark spots are even clearing up which makes me soooo happy. Tamara is PHENOMENAL! My service was fantastic, but there was no one at the front desk. I had to buzz to be let in twice which was odd, and no one came out to greet me, tell me that they were 15 minutes behind schedule, etc. I just sat there until 15 minutes after the start of my appointment when someone finally came out the back with another client, checked them out, and then ushered me back. Very strange and a little unprofessional in terms of business management. The service and service provider Tatiana was excellent! She was great and I had a good time with her!!!

From the initial consultation, Dan set realistic expectations based on my goals, and I am obsessed with the results. Gender-affirming care can be difficult to find, and this team made every part of the process feel thoughtful, respectful, and top-notch.
