Everyone that I talked to at Precious Embers was very professional and courteous and friendly, they picked up my husband's body and done his cremation, when they were done with everything they called to tell me everything was done, I asked when and where I had to pick up my husband's remains, the gentleman Mike told me not to worry about picking the remains up, that they would deliver the remains to my house. I thought that was very nice because, I was still afraid of driving alone, and I was a little afraid of driving with my husband's remains in the car, because I never had too do that before. The experience my Dad and I had with Prescious Embers was amazing. Mike and Mary were very kind and patient during this very hard time. They were always available to answer my questions at any time. Mike was kind enough to drive up to Rockford to drop off my brother's cremains. They are extraordinary people. They kept in touch with us during the entire process.
