Everyone that I talked to at Precious Embers was very professional and courteous and friendly, they picked up my husband's body and done his cremation, when they were done with everything they called to tell me everything was done, I asked when and where I had to pick up my husband's remains, the gentleman Mike told me not to worry about picking the remains up, that they would deliver the remains to my house. I thought that was very nice because, I was still afraid of driving alone, and I was a little afraid of driving with my husband's remains in the car, because I never had too do that before.
