If I could give this company more stars, I would! First, I want to say, Ms. Parks, made the process easy! She kept us laughing from crying. She understood her job very well. Note was on point and every word preached was FELT. Although, I didn’t get everyone’s name, the rest of the staff that assisted with our service was very nice and supportive to my family. A huge thanks to Ms. Latanya, the flower arrangements were gorgeous and full. My mother and I were very pleased with our experience. Thank you so much, Gatling’s. Gatling's Chapel did a phenomenal job with my Husband Richard Martin's service. The facility was well maintained and the staff was very respectful. I would like to extend and Honorable Mention to Funeral Director Brigette. She listened to what we needed and delivered. I was very pleased with the little touches she provided from the music to the time spent with us to make sure everything went well. I mentioned my Husband always wanted a Cadillac, and the day of his burial, he arrived in a White Cadillac..I couldn't ask for more.

I had no problems with getting arrangements with my mother’s cremation and services. I went here because this is where my uncle had his. There was some confusion at first with what I needed and fees, but it was cleared up. If you make a funeral or service arrangements, ask questions and go over everything. If you want music, etc. ask with the director.
