Just called to ask about luggage repair - a sticky and thus unreliable telescoping handle. The person there was upfront (so I didn't waste time toting my suitcase there) - she said they don't repair handles or wheels.When I asked if she knew of anyone who could repair handles, she said no one repairs luggage hardware (wheels, handles) anymore. Alas! I really love my carryon suitcase and have used it for over 10 years (it is an "Antler").
Highly recommend. They fixed a tear in my golf bag at a reasonable price. The lady at the front was very accommodating and they were able to be flexible on timing. I will be using them in the future.
