I had such a pleasant experience banking with PNC today. Special thanks to Willie and Brian, who are patient, warm and easy-going throughout the whole process. I also want to praise the female manager and the African-American front desk associate lady, they were so attentive and helpful to resolve my issues. Every staff member here is lovely, I really appreciate their great customer care.

This is one of the local offices in Chicago and PNC is on about 3-4 floors, there's no cafe in the building, there is a parking garage, PNC has been recently remodeling the offices now. PNC is a major bank in Chicago so they are pretty big so you will see many retail stores and ATMs.

The lobby is currently under renovations, but despite the frustration of slow elevators or to few of elevators both Union Workers and building employees are all kind and helpful. Everyone working for the building is friendly and welcomes you with a warm smile. Especially Janice, I love Janice!
