I was in town for a short weekend for a wedding and made the mistake of packing a linen dress. When I took it out of the suitcase, it was a wrinkled mess. We were staying at a friend’s place that was under renovation, so an iron wasn’t available.
In a bit of a panic, I went to Platinum Cleaners the day before the wedding to see if they could do a rush steam. The woman at the counter (one of two charming sisters) explained that everything normally gets sent out, but she would call the vendor to see if it could be returned in time. I was speechless. I brought in two pairs of Lululemon pants that had ripping in between the legs. The owner stated he would do what he could but that the stretchy type fabric present in a lot of “athleisure” makes it difficult to repair or patch. I said no problem I’d rather try at least then throw out expensive pants. When I picked them up, I literally could not even find any evidence that stitching or patching had ever occurred. The pants looked absolutely brand new. Flawless.

The front guy was very sweet and chatted with me for a bit. Also I got my wool coat dry cleaned in 1 day so the service was super quick! I also tried to cut off a tag on my coat sleeve but wasn't able to remove it but they removed it for me and made it look even better! I was in and out when dropping off my coat and picking it up. Would highly recommend this place (:
