I had an awesome experience there last weekend. My wife insisted that I go to see Michael to get my haircut (instead of one of the bigger chains). I have to say…GREAT experience. Everyone in the salon was crazy friendly and as for Michael…simply outstanding. Took his time. Cared about how it will grow and how easy I wanted it to be for me. I was so Pleasantly surprised. There is a big difference between the big chain that cut your hair in 15 minutes and the salon that is meticulous about the details. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience at Platinum 34! I loved how thorough the consultation was, Natalie & Dianne really took the time to listen to what I wanted while also offering helpful suggestions that truly made a difference. The results were amazing, my hair looks fuller, flowy, and so much healthier. I absolutely love my new haircut and have already received so many compliments. You can tell Dianne, the owner, and her staff genuinely care about their clients and their work. Natalie did an excellent job with my haircut!

My experience at Platinum 34 was Phenomenal from start to finish. The salon has such a Professional and Cozy atmosphere. I was first greeted and offered a beverage, by the welcoming and sweet Lydia. My hair was thick, heavy, and weighing down all my curls. I'm very picky about who touches my hair, but I was in great hands with Isabella. She was clearly skilled, passionate and knew about the texture of my hair and it showed. She gave me a cut that was perfectly volumized and suited my face shape. Isabella and the charming Dianne also educated me on how to properly care for my hair, and Introduced me to the product Milbon.
