I first went there in the summer of 2025, I purchased glasses and contacts. I recieved my contacts within about a week but it took almost 3 months for me to receive my glasses. They gave some excuse about the lab placing a hold on medicaid glasses. To which I informed them, I don't have medicaid. My insurance was through my employer and even after insurance I stoll paid $400 for my glasses. I said I would NEVER order glasses from them again. Fast forward to January 10 2026 I went there and ordered more contacts to which I paid $100 and here it is February 14th and I still have not recieved my contacts. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

Never on time for appointments, you will be waiting hours after your appt time . they don’t even Apologies for the inconvenience that they are causing and this is everytime i come . It seem like it’s only one eye doctor and the rest are helpers . i’ve waited up to 2 hours for an appointment they have no respect for the clients time

This is the worst place to go for glasses. This was my first time going there because my son told me about them and I went in November 2025 to get my eyes examined and it's December 2025 and I still haven't gotten my glasses yet. Due to the Lab putting the wrong prescription in my frames which were Coach frames that I provided for them. And now I have to wait until they come back again 😭
