Love this studio. Quality equipment and instructors. The space is so inviting as well. Support this small business and walk away after a great Pilates class feeling a little taller.

Was in town for a conference and the PCC team fit me in last minute for a private session. I had a great workout and learned some new tricks to get over some of my tricky spots and ideas for how to keep my recurrent injury safe.

I have been taking classes and semi private sessions here for about a year and really love the studio space and the vibe. The instructors are all wonderful and there is a wide range of classes available. The front desk staff are super welcoming and helpful.

A great team of teachers at Pilates Center of Chicago, and a big, bright space with lots of equipment throughout this spacious studio.

Most of the instructors there are kind and helpful. The class, the equipment all deserves 5 stars. If you are new or experienced they work with you. All in all I had fun and learned a lot. I even recommended this place to two of my friends before this issue happened. My only issue with this place is the unkind and capitalist policy that owner "Rachel" put in place. I am not going to be rude and criticize their personality as I never really met this person. However, I purchased $400+ worth of class and I had an emergency that made it impossible to
go to class so I politely requested a refund giving a month advance notice, which was declined due to "this is our policy." Not only the owner refused to refund even partially, she also said my funds expire in feb (?) even though it has not been that long, the only solution she offered with due respect is a white attitude of apology that doesn't mean anything to a hardworking person and to transfer the funds to someone else. Why would I want to transfer $400 to someone else when I need it to move? so technically they took my $400 that I worked so hard for and still pride themselves with quality customer care. I understand that has to be some policies to help generate capital business is business, but you take the entire $400 when I gave you a month notice? Before you enjoy their Pilates Center of Chicago, remember their no make sense policy. Otherwise have fun and learn pilates is amazing! But if you are non white under the middle class status person who value hard work vs legal frauds tactics to generate more capital, I would choose a different place :)

Went here for the first time and the instructors are really great and the equipment is nice and clean. The only big issue I had with this place was the fact that they make you take a private lesson before you jump into group sessions (which makes sense), BUT after I had done that first initial private session, I was told I had to spend even more money (hundreds of dollars worth, a package deal they said) on a private lesson package order to be able to sign up for reformer classes, meanwhile if you wanted you could sign up for mat classes (which is nice and all but I have a mat at home and another online subscription so it was not needed for me). Personally, I came to a studio for the reformer not the mat classes. I am just upset because I felt like they weren't super transparent. Just be aware of this policy before going there.

I've been going to Pilates and yoga classes here for a few months, and as a dancer I highly recommend this studio - the space is beautiful, clean, and large, and they do still take some COVID mitigations. Every instructor I've worked with has been knowledgeable, group classes are small so you get personalized attention, and you can sign up for classes online.
