Krystian was so easy to work with! He was super responsive and punctual for the appointments! I really appreciated that he had a good selection of carpet samples but not too many that I went into analysis paralysis. The finished product looks so good and I'll sleep well at night knowing my kiddos and aging parents won't slip down the stairs.

Working with Krystian is super easy. I had a small repair needed on some basement carpet, that I knew most companies would turn away because of it's size. He got back to me right away, I explained to him the issue and that I knew it was likely too small for him to take on. He told me not to worry about it, that he was more than happy to come on by and handle it. He came by, diagnosed what was going on, explained to me in detail his plan to fix the carpet, and was in and out in under 60 minutes at a very, very reasonable price. The carpet looks good as new!
