I had a wonderful experience with Phoenix Carpet. I needed to replace the existing carpet in a bedroom and Krystian was able to accommodate to my great satisfaction. I needed a quick turnaround and Krystian was able to deliver by meeting with me to take measurements, providing a few samples/proposals, and then scheduling an installation date. He is extremely prompt, communicates via cell phone and text messages, and is an overall great person to work with.

Krystian was fantastic! Responsive, quick response, quick turnaround from deciding to hire him to completing the job, very affordable. The room looks so much better after he was done!

Krystian was so easy to work with! He was super responsive and punctual for the appointments! I really appreciated that he had a good selection of carpet samples but not too many that I went into analysis paralysis. The finished product looks so good and I'll sleep well at night knowing my kiddos and aging parents won't slip down the stairs.
