FANTASTIC experience end to end! Mary was super responsive via messages and made it so easy to schedule the home consultation and installation. Bob was very knowledgeable, sincere and so patient while I balanced comforting an infant and picking carpeting. Bernie and his helper were a delight - the installation was quick and we are very happy with the final product. We've received so many compliments from friends on how soft the carpeting is. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful experience with Mr. Carpet. Bob stopped by to talk through what I was looking for and came back with an array of samples. Mary, who scheduled the installation appointment, is so sweet! Fernando and his helper worked so fast and did such a great job. I highly recommend!

We have really appreciated the follow-through and excellent customer service with Mr. Carpet. When we weren't 100% satisfied with the first install (tricky uneven basement stairs), they came back, no questions asked and redid and it is beautiful. Would absolutely use again.
