I contacted PhD Heating and Cooling based on reviews on Yelp. I needed a new company after using one of the mega-companies who spend most of their energy on advertising rather than service. Dmytro just finished our first service call and I am thrilled. He conducted service as expected, while also addressing some design flaws in the water supply and drainage that was leading to rust. He showed me that the humidifier filter had been neglected for a long time (the mega-company repeatedly said it was fine). PHD Heating and Cooling installed a new AC unit condenser, furnace, and humidifier all within one day, after only contacting them 3 days prior, and they were able to do so urgently during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. Dmytro was very responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Great work!

My AC stopped working, and I decided to do a complete replacement of it and the HVAC system since it was all outdated. Dmytro did a wonderful job. I was too much work to complete in one day, so he prioritized the AC since it is summer and had the AC installed and running relatively quickly. He then returned to finish the rest.
