We have a great experience every visit, from the waiting room to the exam. Each staff member is friendly and patient, with the children and parents as well. All treatment has gone well thanks to the stafg being so patient and caring. The kids look forward to every dentist appointment and the prizes at the end.
We’ve been going to brightsmiles since they opened over five years ago! They are so thorough, kind, flexible, and family-friendly! Their waiting room is clean, calming, and engaging with activities and books. We have two kids, and they are able to do double appointments to accommodate both at the same time. They are open to parent joining if needed as well! Most importantly they make going to the dentist both fun and informative for parents and children. Highly recommended!
