Doctor Bernardin is very professional and accommodating. The exercises have been very helpful and I totally recommend making appointments with her.

Ladies at the front desk were very nice, they are very safe regarding COVID-19. My PT Kyle was great and gave me very individualized care and seemed to not just be doing his job at a PT but going above and beyond to help me get better.

Sent by my insurance company who pays in full. Girls working the front desk very helpful and quickly arranged future appointment.. right off bat I'm am told that an intern / trainee will be helping out. NEVER LET A TRAINEE PULL ON ANY PART OF YOU! Went over the same stretches for 2 appointments. Given a couple of stretch routines from the internet. The trainee then tried to set me up for 7 appointments but never even treated the strain. So go on you tube for your ailment and you will find the same stretches these interns charge serious money for. Never use an intern unless you want to be injured! Oh and you tube did solve the strain issue.

One of the best physical therapy teams you could come across. I've been a client there on and off for the past two years and their entire staff is fantastic. Specifically, I work with Kyle and he is a thoughtful, innovative practitioner who takes the time to understand what is happening for me and doesn't dismiss my descriptions or explanation. I've seen a similar approach taken by all of the PTs I've observed, putting their patients first and honestly investing in their progress while they are a patient. You can't go wrong in any recovery process by choosing this team to help you!

I've always faced anxiety when visiting a doctor's or a clinic. There's something about seeing the white coat that makes me think about, "oh no, what is wrong with me?" However, all that went out the door when I stopped in for UI Health for my first physical therapy session and I am now a fan. I was recently diagnosed with Achilles Tendinopathy and was recommended by my doctor to seek out physical therapy. This UI Health location was the closest to me and was recommended by colleagues that have gone in for sessions prior for their rehabilitation needs. I made the appointment with Laura over the phone (who was the sweetest btw) and off I went to my first session earlier today. I worked with Dr. Bri DeBiasi and she was the absolute best. She guided me through the symptoms I was seeing, was incredibly reaffirming, and ensured that I left with the right tools and exercises equipped to begin my recovery. Our 45 minute session flew by quickly and I felt extremely comfortable working with her, and in no way did I feel forced or coerced into doing something I was not comfortable doing. I've got my next five sessions booked with this clinic and can't recommend them enough. Their receptionist staff (I worked with Lisa who was also fantastic) made everything super easy for me and I look forward to my next session. Highly recommend if you are in the UIC area and in search for great physical therapists.
