I had a pair of Johnson & Murphy shoes that needed repair he searched in country and out of country and he found all of the materials that we needed to repair them it took me a little longer because he had to search high and low to find them but he got them
Very professional and reliable! Oscar repaired a couple pairs of shoes and a handbag for me. He’s a pleasure to work with and I’m happy to get more mileage out of these items. Thanks Oscar!
I came in Tuesday with a completely useless corroded zipper on a crossbody Patagonia bag that I thrifted and Oscar let me know what all the options were, first we would try some magic solvent he has to fix it and if not he could replace the zippers with some less likely to cause trouble. Today I picked up and the zipper is moving and looks way more moisturized than when I dropped it off on Tuesday. He also replaced the strings to the zippers that weren’t there when I dropped it off. He loves his craft and he is kind and pleasant to chat with. I am really glad I went here after checking a couple other stores reviews that were highly questionable also downtown.
