I have never had a more pleasant experience inviting a repairperson into my home. The staff really went above and beyond in trying to work with me after my phone insurance was up so i could get my income fixed. I really appreciate them helping me out when things have been tight financially for my family and myself. I'd definatly recommend them if you need your phone fixed!!
I want to say "Thank You" to Ale Rodriquez (the administrative assistant) and Aldo the computer technician that helped my friend out with his computer tower problem. It all started out last year when he brought in the tower to be serviced. He doesn't speak much English and I went with him to help translate. Well, when the tower was serviced he went alone to pick it up and I didn't have a chance to ask the technician any questions. Well, after a couple of days he wasn't able to open up his desktop and error messages were popping up on his screen. So instead of taking it back he just used his back up.
