They do not keep appointments! They'll cancel on you if you're a couple of minutes late but keep you waiting over half an hour only to prioritize other clients. I've had good haircuts for the past year but stuff like this can happen. No apology or anything. Most hair stylists here are good though.
Update: the owner called me right after, apologized, and compensated. I was surprised to get a call that quick. Kudos

Olgert is simply exceptional at his craft and an artist in his work. He takes the time to ensure that you can feel confident in what he does. Olgert has cut my hair for over a decade and the compliments not only I get but he gets from those around him for his work speak for themselves.
