I have been calling their number since June 21st to get my 80 year old dad's blood medication refilled. I have called multiple times a day and all they ever say is no one is answering and I will leave a message. When thye do answer theyre at lunch which makes no sense how they're answering the phone but I have gotten the run around for well over a week. No call back no prescription even after I've told multiple people that he needs his blood pressure medication. Its funny how when we first made the appointment I feel like I got calls from them every other day and now that I actually need them no one is available. Do better for your elderly patients.

Oak Street Health is nothing like the commercials. Scheduling an appointment is not immediate like they imply on the commercials. Usually you are scheduled a couple months ahead. Outrageous. My provider cancelled on me today and when I called, they want to reschedule for May. Oak Street Health reached out to me in Jan to schedule an appointment (it had been quite some time since I had scene my provider). They had scheduIed me for today Mar 17 on Jan 30. I was looking forward to seeing my provider. I have a pain on my right side every afternoon and need help. I also need new prescriptions for some meds. I really don't feel cared for here.

I already cancelled and I was treated poorly by everyone I mean every one except driver who returned me to my house. I understand the value of reviews and importance of treating people like you would want them to treat your mother . Google Barrington seal coating and paving I have over 100 reviews and am 4.9 oak Street Heath is nothing like there commercial no dancing here the nurse practitioner was not only borderline rude offered no referrals or help with prescriptions needed by a different doctor. And the receptionist was just plain ignorant I always give grace anyone could have bad moments or day but this was beyond that a culture.
