Clean shop and friendly staff, but we will not be returning. I booked an appointment for my girlfriend, and she left upset and disappointed.
The stylist we were assigned was inexperienced in working with locs. She said the style would take two hours—it took six. She then retwisted my girlfriend’s locs bone dry, which any professional should know causes breakage. To make it worse, it was her first time styling over locs, yet we were charged the same as a veteran stylist for a service she did not execute well. My girlfriend's hair started coming apart in less than 24 hours.

I was so upset and angry because my normal beautician was a no show for my appointment and I had an event to attend. I had gone to several salons that didn't take walk ins. I'm so grateful Melinda was able to do my hair and it's hard to find an affordable beautician that does natural hairstyles. She now has a new client
excellent customer service extremely professional extremely clean she is 100% on sanitation & safety positive loving & beautiful spirit/energy my hair is always so flawless & healthy Melinda makes you feel beautiful & loved she shows each of her clients APPRECIATION & she is very knowledgeable about hair care & product recommendations ❤❤???? keep up the great work queen I love it
