Norwood Cleaners

Horrible phone Etiquette, I called and wondered if they do alterations for suits they do then I was gonna ask for price and I was cut off. I called Morton Cleaners down the street and they were very nice and patient with me over the phone. I was gonna have the suit done here at Norwood cleaners since I live literally a block away but I will be going to Morton’s down past Austin since they were very nice over the phone. I can’t imagine how this place treats you in person if the person who answered the phone was rude. Morton’s is the cleaner to go to on Irving park not Norwood cleaners.

If I could give a zero I would. Charged me $76.00 to clean 2 dressy dresses. Told my husband they were delicate. They were cleaned no problem somewhere else previously. I tried to reason with owner, he wouldn’t budge. So much for supporting local businesses.

Melted sweater fibers!Have been taking clothes here since moving down the street 4+ years ago. Dropped off several sweaters over the holidays and picked up around new years. Wore one for the first time at dinner last night(2 hours) and I noticed what can only be described as melted fibers from extreme heat or cleaner residue. I took it back to have it recleaned and looked at, it was a brand new sweater this winter and definitely not how I dropped it off.
