I had a very positive experience with Northwind. Rory and 2nd technician came out very quickly and serviced my Bosch Heat Pump system. I thought I was having issues with the mother board. He spent time listening to me but then performed his own assessment. The mother board ended up being fine but there were a few other issues he corrected and got up and running. Thanks Rory!
Rory and his team installed a pair of mini splits in our 3rd floor unit in summer 2024. They were a pleasure to work with and got the job done quickly even in intense Chicago heat. Rory has always been super responsive via phone and email. Would highly recommend!
