I highly recommend this office for any plastic surgery needs. Dr. Schierle, his PA Monica, assistant Nadia, and care coordinator Kendall were all absolutely excellent from start to finish. I have had two hernia repair surgeries with this team, and the level of care, diligence, and attention to detail throughout the entire process was truly top-notch.
Every step was handled with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine compassion. They took the time to explain procedures, answer questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident before and after surgery. I had a wonderful experience with the plastics PA during my consultation. She was incredibly vibrant and warm, instantly putting me at ease, while still being thoroughly professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to listen, answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.
Her kindness and genuine care truly stood out—it never felt rushed, and I felt respected and supported throughout the visit. She is an absolute asset to the practice, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional, compassionate provider.
Dr Moradian is the absolute best! I chose Northwestern Plastic Surgery for their reputation, but Dr Moradian went above and beyond my expectations. It is rare to find a clinician who provides both clinical excellence and also has a personable bedside manner. I will be recommending Dr Moradian to all of my friends and family!
