The hours listed are wrong across the board and there is no sane way to make a "reservation." or book any sort of appointment online using their horrible website. Why do you need to make a reservation at an immediate care facility?

Believe the reviews. I mean it when I say out of all the doctors I had, Dr. Khamis was the worst. I only realized that when I left his office and started seeing other better doctors. Because I was a patient for a few years I can write a book on my experiences here. But I’ll try to keep it down to a few red flags. For one, the office is a revolving door and that’s usually a sign of a bigger problem going on but not the biggest deal fine. It’s almost like they tried to fit as many people into one time spot as they can even if they had to make excuses for it later. I waited on average 1-2 hours to see him even with appointments, not that they took walk-ins at the time anyways. But one day he was 3-4 hrs late and blamed traffic & “other patients” at another clinic he works at. No apology for wasting peoples time, nothing about doing better in the future. Don’t believe me? Just sit in his waiting room, people are always complaining about him disrespecting their time. Especially if you understand any Arabic. There’s a lot of interesting interactions. I’ve seen patients lose their patience often here and it was almost always because of the scheduling issues. It’s a nice looking office & they even have a pharmacy next door to make it appear to be convenient as possible for customers only most of the time it felt like they were just prescribing whatever they could whether it worked or you needed it or not. He also said once to me that he doesn’t make enough money only maybe $40 per Medicaid patient at that time when I complained about the overbooking/overprescribing just to make more money thing, not that it should matter. When I brought up a concern I had for an RX I was on for a long time with no change in symptoms, he was annoyed & told me I was welcome to see another doctor & leave his clinic.. I posted an honest review about my experiences & a few weeks later I called the office to ask a question about my med record & the manager place told me that because of my “nice review” (her words) that the office wanted nothing to do with me. In other words they were retaliating and that was my punishment, how professional. They followed up with a letter saying the same more or less in writing. I didn’t care as by then I had already been looking for a new doctor. These are only a few of many times they rubbed me the wrong way. He should thank Allah I never sued him or reported and only left a review. His “I’m a doctor I do what I want” attitude is why his ego is so big. He can’t take even the smallest criticism or concern. And he should be thankful I only left a review and never sued him. 0 stars… Save yourself the headaches, there’s better more professional and ethical doctors out there.

If I could rate zero stars, I would! Just as others have mentioned, walk-ins aren’t accepted. The kicker is their website clearly says they’re professional, compassionate, take insurance… total fluff! The lack of professional customer service is appalling. My mom went walked in since this location is the closest, only to be given the rudest attitude and was turn away bc she didn’t have an appointment. Oddly the women said she could be seen but needed to pay a flat $200 and they didn’t take insurance. My mom was happy to pay just to get the medical attention she was seeking, but even agreeing to pay the “first time patient” fee, she was rejected. Why waste a patients time!!! In all honesty, I don’t know how this facility is even still operating. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! There is a nearby immediate care 10 minutes south that actually cares to provide the medical attention AND are professional!!!!
