What impressed me even more was that this was right before Mother’s Day, one of the busiest times for florists, yet the team still accommodated everything perfectly without sacrificing quality or communication. You can truly tell how much care and passion goes into her work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for stunning floral arrangements and exceptional service!

I purchased this arrangement for my mother for Thanksgiving, and it is absolutely stunning! The colors and freshness of the roses and filler flowers are gorgeous, and the pumpkin vase was the perfect seasonal touch. My mother was so incredibly happy! I will definitely be purchasing from here again very soon

Placed a $85 flower order. When delivery arrived I asked if they would bring the flowers up to unit, elevator building, I was told I had to come down to get the flowers. Delivery was left in the lobby

I ordered flowers last year and they turned out amazing. I re-ordered here this year for Valentine’s Day and was informed they no longer deliver to my address and instead would have it out-source the delivery to a florist closer to my address.
The flowers were okay and did not match quite well to the Nile’s photos. Which is understandable. Make sure you’re receiving from Niles Flower’s instead of an outsource!

The experience was more than pleasant and the young girl helping me was very kind and patient . After ordering the floral arrangement, the young girl gifted my friend and me a rose. It was a great experience!

Been trying to reach the owner to let them know how disappointed I am with the bouquet I received from my son for my birthday!! Left several messages no reply and an email no reply!!! He paid premium because it was the day before Valentine’s Day. My son is soo mad and will not ever order from here again.
