my hair stylist was Victoria and she was very sweet and professional. we initially had an slight problem with my hair and she was super professional and attentive and got my hair to look exactly how i wanted. she did an excellent job and is super careful and detail oriented. she really cares about client satisfaction and i definitely recommend her!Service: Hair coloring

I've been going there for almost 8 years have the same hairdresser at least she's great courteous friendly will try to do whatever you're asking her for your hair she listens and she's very into detail coloring I think it's her specialty I really do her hair cuts are great

I came in on a Saturday around 3 PM expecting possibly a short wait since I didn't have an appointment and when I came in, there was only one stylist and had a customer with her. Said stylist did not bother to greet me or acknowledge that I was in the shop. I figured I'd wait a little, but it seemed that no one was in the shop. I was really keen on getting my hair cut that day, so I waited it out. The only other people were two men working and fixing things, and eventually after 50 minutes, I was approached because they thought I was waiting for the lady's customer. I informed them I wanted just a simple trim. They told me that all the other stylists had left for the day, and that it'd be another hour wait. My question is, what kind of hair salon has only one stylist-one that is incredibly rude to potential customers? If you are going to have walk-ins, you should have at least more than 1 stylist on hand. I will not be returning here ever again. My recommendation, if you HAVE to come here, at least make an appointment so you're not wasting your time.
