It was okay. Not an experience to brag about. I overheard someone else complain about being charged for something that wasn't made clear to them. But overall my experience was ok for a walk in.

I went to this place on a few occasions before I decided to write this post. Initially I was going to bash them for terrible customer service. But after a few more chances I can now give a more accurate account of my experiences. Might I add the owner Mike was not in attendance on the day of said terrible customer service experience. It's close to home therefore it's convenient for me to go there. I had a few bad experiences which I'll go over now. I will give the owner credit for making an attempt to satisfy the customer, when ultimately he's going to do as he wants anyway. As he should, being that he's the professional. Love love love this nail shop. I go to Mike. He is super nice and always executes to my expectations. Since I've been back in Chicago I started going to him which is last October. I have had NO broken nail or complaints on his service and I go every two weeks. We have even got tot the point where I can schedule my appts via text w/ him lol. This is how customer service should be.
