First time coming here today but definitely not the last time for me. I was treated really well. I was a bit nervous at first but the entire environment felt friendly and comforting. Watching other customers faces and actions showed that they were treated very well. Friendly conversation, great service, and an awesome atmosphere, yes I will be heading back soon.

Please know that they are not using drying stations due to COVID. There was a sign in the front next to the nail polishes which I saw partially covered by the color ring after my pedicure was done. The sign strongly encourages no chip. Yall think yall slick. Because yall charge more for no chip. Won't be back unless they get the drying stations. That is something you need verbally inform people about. Not everyone wants no chip.Service: Pedicure

Nail works is just ok. They skip steps and do things to intentional limit how long the nails last and think ppl don't notice. They don't take the same care and time they used to and it's too bad. The mediocrity is intentional and for that reason they get only two stars. For ability they'd get 4. It's their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction that bothers me. Nail industry is too saturated to not care.
