I have tried my fair share of different salons for a no-chip manicure - This one is by far the best no-chip service I've experienced! Hot towels - moisturizing gloves - careful attention to details - It has been great both times I've gone. My no-chips often last 3-4 weeks without any issues as long as I'm mindful of them.Biggest differentiator to me is that they don't totally damage the nail when removing previous gel polish. Nail Story used to be my go-to, but over the years I kinda forgot about it (mainly due to COVID & trying friends' preferred salons). I went back today and was reminded of how great it is! The highlight for me: the massages included in the manicures and pedicures! They're SO good [insert drooling emoji]. In my experience, at other nail salons massages have been brief/kinda rushed.
