The office manager was equally amazing: incredibly helpful, friendly, and efficient, which made the whole experience seamless. It’s clear this office genuinely cares about its patients. I will definitely remain a patient and highly recommend this practice.
I cannot speak more highly of this shop. We are from put of town and found out the screw was stripped on my daughter's glasses. On a whim we popped in to see if they could help fix the screw. The time and care they put into repairing her glasses and adjusting the fit was incredible. I haven't experienced customer service that wonderful in a long time. The associates at the store we kind, friendly and attentive. 5 stars.
I had an outstanding experience at MyEyeDr on Michigan Ave. From the moment I walked in, the front desk made me feel at ease. The optometrist was patient and explained every step of the exam in detail, even giving tips for eye health. The optical team helped me choose lenses and frames that worked perfectly for my lifestyle. Outstanding service and a great team all around!
