Great experience with Mr. Duct under challenging circumstances. The job was complicated by nearby power lines, requiring coordination with ComEd—who unfortunately were not present when they said they would be. Despite this, the Joe and Julio were professional, patient, and proactive in working with them to keep things moving.
Once everything was cleared, they completed the dryer vent cleaning quickly and efficiently and gave me some guidance if I ever needed to get similar work done in the future. Really appreciated their flexibility and problem-solving. Highly recommend.

I’m updating my review from 1 star to 5 stars because of Joe coming back to resolve an issue that wasn’t handled properly by the first two technicians. His professionalism and character really stood out and showed that he genuinely understands his customers and holds his company to a high standard. Taking the time to fix the previous issue truly put me at ease, and I’m grateful for the quality of service he provided.Thank you, Joe!
