Incredibly happy with our new carpet in our living room, guest bedroom, and office. We received bids from four highly rated companies and Mr. Carpet was the highest bid. However, two of the four companies were overly salesy which was an immediate turn off. We asked Bob if he would be willing to match the next highest bid (which was our second choice) and he was. Working with Bob and Mary was great! They were communicative and accommodating to our changing schedule. The installation team was friendly, punctual, careful around the house, efficient in their work, and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Mr. Carpet.
FANTASTIC experience end to end! Mary was super responsive via messages and made it so easy to schedule the home consultation and installation. Bob was very knowledgeable, sincere and so patient while I balanced comforting an infant and picking carpeting. Bernie and his helper were a delight - the installation was quick and we are very happy with the final product. We've received so many compliments from friends on how soft the carpeting is. Highly recommended!
