Based on the reviews, Mp General Contractors Inc. is a business with excellent communication, reasonable pricing, and professional work. Mariana is responsive, transparent, and has excellent communication, while Victor is a joy to work with. The team shows incredible attention to craftsmanship, detail, scale, and cost. When concerns or issues arise, they address them immediately and make it right. The subcontractors' quality of work can be inconsistent and attention to detail is often missing, so being very specific with feedback is needed. However, Mariana and Victor own it every time quality is not satisfactory. They do not deflect or make excuses, they get it fixed quickly. Overall, customers are happy with the quality and price, and would hire them again. The business is reasonable, trustworthy, and timely, managing projects within budget.
We love how our bathroom turned out! They were able to bring our idea to life. Mariana has excellent communication and Victor was a joy to work with! Whenever we had concerns, they would address it immediately. Overall, we are happy with the quality and price, and would hire them again.
Great experience working with MP General Contractors. Mariana and Victor were fantastic to work with. Their pricing was reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, and the work was done professionally. When a few things needed to be fixed, they acknowledged it and made it right. I would definitely recommend them.

The key factor: Mariana and Victor owned it every time quality of work was not satisfactory. They don't deflect or make excuses — they get it fixed quickly. That accountability matters a lot when things don't go perfectly (and on any project, something usually doesn't).
