Do not go here to get your hair done with Tyesha(Hair Queen) or whoever she is. She pulled a fast one on me to collect a cancellation and/or no-show fee! I had an appointment for Friday. I got there for my appointment with her. She wasn't there, and I texted her and she told me that my appointment was set for Saturday at 1. So I'm like OK, we obviously have some type of error with StyleSeat, can you cancel the appointment and make sure my card is NOT charged. This morning my card was charged 50%. I text her and the only thing she keeps saying is that's the cancellation policy. Ok we both know that. But I also know that my appointment was set up for Friday not Saturday. I have emails and texts for the last two weeks showing this. She is still refusing to refund it. She won't agree that this is an OBVIOUS exception to the rule IF it was even an error. I'm pretty sure she changed my appointment behind the scenes without me knowing and I didn't know the issue until WITHIN 24 hours of my appointment so she was able to cancel the appointment that I didn't make(but she did behind the scenes) and charge 50% late cancel fee! And even though I asked her ahead of time to make sure my card is NOT charged. She still charged it and is stating that she can't give refunds. OK.... she obviously needs the money more than me to do this....But watch out for this lil scam if you use StyleSeat.
