In July of 2023, we were hit with the torrential rain that impacted much of Cook County. We have more than two feet of sewer water in the basement. To make matters worse, our insurance company was overwhelmed and did not get back to us in a timely manner. After working with contractors who were hit and miss when it came to reliability, I finally called Manny at Mike’s Construction to give us a bid. He came out the next day to look at the work to be done and was able to start in less than two days. Our family has been working with Mike's for many years now. I love all of the staff as they are always super helpful and knowledgable. They have so many resources to fit any project on hand. Would definitely recommend at least getting an estimate done by this company and just let the work speak for itself
Great experience working with Mike's Construction. Had a porch and stairs replaced and a bedroom addition and electrical upgrades. Provided a detailed quote and took the time to understand the intent of the project versus just doing what we asked.
