We went here to get a door lock for our washer. We had the part but it didn’t fit in our machine. We went there with the intention to buy A new part. The man there, I think his name is Neil, advised us to shave off the extra area and said it would fit now. We did and we fixed it same day! Thanks guys for all the help!!!

Helped me find a part for a much older Traulsen. Justin did the research based on the serial number of my fridge and came up with an exact replacement. He took the time to confirm measurements and we dropped it in and it was superior to the old evap coil ( epoxy coated to decrease corrosion ) . Part was carefully packed and delivered promptly. Excellent service & very helpful counter man . They took the time to get me a part to keep from having to buy a new dual temp and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks.
