I just got my CDL from this school, where Pedro and Lupe helped me a lot. They were always willing to answer any kind of question without getting bothered, and that says a lot about both of them. Because of that, I would definitely recommend this school without any doubt.

I went to another school and my experience there was terrible I got my permit never saw a truck. Then I went to MidCity COMPLETELY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE WAY BETTER EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I GOT MY PERMIT LESS THEN 1 WEEK AND THE FOLLOWING WEEK I WAS ALREADY BEHIND THE WHEEL LEARNING HOW TO DRIVE THE SEMI TRUCK. I PASSED ALL MY TESTS VERY 1ST TRY. BEST SCHOOL IN THE CITY!!!!!! I was able to get my Class A CDL.

Good school to get your cdl, passed everything first try. The instructors are all good and knowledgeable with many years of experience as actual truck drivers.
Huge shoutout to Pedro who helped me a lot on the road and the skills test with his step by step video and just overall a chill guy, best instructor by far. Lupe also very good and has a detailed must watch pre trip video that will allow you to pass first try.
Just put in the time and you will pass easily.

I graduated on April 3, 2026 Thank you all sooooo much, this was an easy experience! Literally the best CDL school in Chicago! Phillip, Angelika, and Mike are amazing! From Lupe’s pre-trip classes to Angel And Pedro’s teachings in the Yard! I will never forget this team!
They’ll also point you in the right direction for grants and funding to cover classes!
