So.. I didn't have the opportunity to actually work with Meghana because she ghosted me!! I had a phone conversation with her a couple weeks ago, where I told her that I was traveling from DC to Chicago for my engagement photoshoot. Phone call went GREAT - she was very flexible, willing to work with me, would pencil me in on her calendar, told me I could text her with questions, and said that she would send me a contract the next day. Well, I got no contract. I sent a picture of a hair accessory I wanted to use the day after we talked - no response. I sent a text message asking about the contract a few days after - no response. I sent an email a few days after that noting a couple key points/asking for the contract - no response. My shoot is now less than a week away, so naturally I was getting anxious that I had received no contract (let alone a response - rude!). I texted her a couple inspo looks yesterday - no response. I was on full panic mode because I never got a contract and was out of a makeup artist I thought was really good. I told her (because I am a firm believer in respecting other people's time) that I planned to move forward with another artist since I hadn't heard from her -- still no response.I think it was extremely unprofessional of Meghana to go completely MIA after our conversation, where she came off as reliable & flexible. Luckily, I was able to secure another artist (as I am now 4 days from my shoot). I wish she just told me weeks ago that she was unable to take me, versus ghosting me. Not only is that extremely rude, but highly unprofessional for someone in the bridal industry. Do not recommend, especially for traveling clients!

It took me six years to find a hair dresser, after the first time Chris cut my hair I was SO pleased and got so many compliments! And on top of it, it is easy to mange. I have been driving from Palo Alto to Chicago to get my hair cut by Chris for a year now and it is totally worth it!

Meghana was somewhat difficult to reach--several emails went initially unanswered--but we eventually were able to communicate, set a trial date, and reach an agreement for the wedding. I was intent on hiring Meghana, despite the initial communication difficulty, because it looked like she had a lot of experience working with women of different ethnic backgrounds, and I'm glad I hired her! She listened to what each person wanted out of her makeup and was quick and easy to work with on the day of the wedding. The makeup also lasted through a really hot and humid outdoor summer wedding. Ultimately, everyone in my bridal party felt beautiful!

Hiring a makeup artist for my wedding was a big stressor for me considering I don't wear a ton of makeup on a regular basis. But Meghana was so great about taking in all of my concerns and reassuring me that we could do a very natural look but bridal. Meghana and her team were so amazing on my wedding day. They made us feel totally comfortable and we all felt absolutely beautiful when they were finished with our make up and hair. They were so good about listening to us and making us look natural, yet different than our every-day looks. She made me feel pretty, and I still felt like I looked like me. If I had to do my wedding day all over again, I wouldn't think twice about hiring Meghana.

I'm not the kind of girl who wears a lot of make-up everyday, and I knew that I wanted to feel like myself on my wedding day. I contacted a few make up/hair artists with natural looking portfolios, but many of them were unresponsive or unfriendly. Meghana was both quick to respond and enthusiastic. I ended up doing two trials with her. She was receptive to any changes that I made, and she was so enjoyable to be around. On my wedding day, all of my girls were obsessed with her team. My day-of coordinator even asked for her business cards because she was so impressed with how we all looked. My hair and make-up stayed put the entire night, and I've never felt more beautiful. After my wedding, Meghana sent a personalized card in the mail, thanking me for my business. I would absolutely recommend her team without hesitation. Meghana is absolutely fantastic by every measure.

I was throughly impressed by the service Meghana and her team provided during my wedding. They were punctual, in the happiest of moods, and so friendly. It made the early morning call time a breeze. Everyone loved their hair and makeup. We were ahead of schedule which was a bonus! Meghana came back to do my reception look and while I was totally unhelpful in deciding what I wanted, she asked key questions that helped her figure out what would work best for me. She was so patient with me which I so appreciate! Meghana came to the rescue for any bobby pin, safety pin, or touch-up issue that was needed by my bridal party. Lastly, she provided a touch-up kit which was a sweet touch! I am so glad I found her!

Meghana was great to work with! My bridal party was composed of people of different ethnic backgrounds, but everyone felt comfortable working with Meghana and her assistant, and we all walked away feeling like our best selves. Our makeup also held throughout the day/night of a hot and humid outdoor wedding.

My sister found Meghana for her wedding and as one of her bridesmaids I had the honor of getting my hair and makeup done by Meghana and her team and they made me look amazing. So, of course the best choice for my wedding was to have Meghana make me look amazing on my wedding day as well. That is what she and her team did. They listened to me and my bridesmands/mom's concerns and what we wanted to get done and did just that and more in a timely manner! Meghana and her team are simply amazing, punctual and get things done on time!
