Almeda is an amazing massage therapist and helped me so much while I was visiting my daughter in Hyde park. She does such good body work and I wish I had someone like her where I live on the west coast. She was very accommodating and showed me good stretches to do and some really good things to help bring down my swelling. Next time I'm town I will be calling her in advance for another great few sessions. Almeda has such an amazing presence and really was thoughtful with all that she did for my low back and hips.

I cannot recommend almeda enough! Her techniques were very sophisticated, and she even explained the reasoning behind her focus and pressure level. I received advice from her about my tightness and she gave me some exercises to do at home. Booking is through the number. You can call and leave a voicemail or text. I hope she gets a website soon! Almeda is very sweet and acknowledges you as a person to know, not just a client in a time slot.
