Amy & Kelly were so warm and inviting. They helped me upgrade my massage and Rachel was incredible. I usually don’t get impressed by a masseuse often but Rachel was hands down one of the best I have ever had.

Unfortunately, their services have really declined over the past year or so. They never complete the whole 90 minutes of the massage and therapists are very inexperienced. Do not recommended.

I have had wonderful, firm pressure massages with both Carmita and Lynda, as well as soothing, personalized facials with Lauren. Plus the front desk staff is always so welcoming and helpful. Overall, it’s always such a relaxing experience at this massage envy!

This is the BEST massage envy location in Chicago by far — I have tried so many of them!! The facility itself is newer, and it just feels super clean and relaxing. The front desk staff have all been amazingly friendly (which was not always the case at other locations….!) and the actual service providers — wow. Best facials I’ve ever had by Lauren, and massages by so many of the staff— Rachel, Jose, Terrence— have all been amazing. Parking is pretty easy too. Cannot beat this location!!!

This is my first review since I can remember. Maybe since Yelp. I’ve been going to Massage Envy for a while. A couple days ago I tried a newer therapist to the location. Neal I think. He gave me one hell of a massage. He showed me how you can receive a deep tissue massage with It actually feeling good/productive and not like you’re like you’re going to be in pain the next day.

This place has honestly the best services I’ve ever received! I’ve been to plenty of expensive and luxury spas, but I loved my first massage here (with Terrence!) so much that I immediately purchased a membership. My facials with Lauren are heavenly and so well-curated. I always feel so seen, heard, and catered to every month that I step through the doors. And the front desk staff are some of the warmest folks I’ve ever had the pleasure of chatting with. Treat yourself and book a service here immediately!
