I had one of the best massages ever with Renard this week. I had shoulder and back pain, and as a result of his clear knowledge of the body, and deep tissue work, I feel renewed, realigned, and ready! Thank you, Renard. I will reach out again next time I am in Chicago -- wish you were in LA!

Massage Envy monthly subscription is my go to. The subscription+an extra massage equals the cost of one regular massage
I have a chronic medical condition that benefits from regular massage. Massage envy has sincerely improved my range of motion in my frozen shoulders. They have always been kind an accommodating
Favorite masseuse are Calvin, Terrance, and Lynda. They really, really know their trade.

I received a gift Envy card to treat myself to a facial or body massage. When I came to schedule my appointment, I specifically asked whether Nadin or Rachel would be performing the service, and I was told, 'Rachel.' This was my first visit since they relocated. Today, when I arrived for my appointment, I was surprised to find that the person who scheduled me was actually expecting me for a massage with her—not a facial, as I had requested. When I pointed this out, she claimed she wasn't sure how the mix-up happened but gave me two options: proceed with the massage or pay $43 for her scheduling mistake. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager available. I then requested the manager's contact information, but she refused to provide it. Additionally, she mentioned that only Nadin performs facials. If that was the case, why wasn't this clarified when I initially asked who would be doing my service? I hope this was an honest mistake on Rachel's part, but I will not be returning. I do not respect a business model that lacks accountability and places the burden of its errors on the customer.

Did you know Message Envy locations are independently owned - well this Diversey location does not play nice with your credit when you cancel membership. They also wont allow you to cancel membership in person or over the phone. They send an email to your spam so you forget and pay an additional month.

Absolutely horrific experience. Kathleen showed up 12 min late, refused to provide a blanket for my ‘top of table’ service, then proceeded to yell at me for using an exfoliating cleanser and glycolic / retinol products even thought it was outside of the chemical peel timeline. She would switch from overly sweet to incredibly mean in seconds - very odd erratic behavior. With her belligerent attitude and rage, I was scared to close my eyes for the treatment because who knows what can happen in one of those little rooms. I left shaking with fear of what she could have done and how I was treated, but at least learned from the manager (Leija, who was truly sympathetic to the situation), ‘there’s an emergency button on the bed in case I ever need it.’ I wish I didn’t have to know about this button, but if I knew it existed, I would have used it that day.
