The worst massage I ever had..he massaged straight down my spine several times I had to keep moving to show discomfort, I mentioned several times he was hurting me. There was no massage at all just a full rub down very very hard. It was horrible smh ...the only thing thats was comfortable was check in. The room floor in the massage room were super dirty rugs I didn’t want to touch it w my bare feet. It was never shampooed and well I will never return. Only booked because of the birthday gift I received. I don’t understand how it can be so bad… I didn’t want to leave a review but hoping others won’t waste their money. I do not think the massage therapist have any training whatsoever and are not certified. Someone needs to investigate!

Highly recommend this spot. I was in about a few weeks ago. Neil gave me an amazing massage. You would think he was built/born to massage. Like the John Lennon of massage. Haha. The welcome staff, you could say, were the rest of the Beatles then. Above and beyond. Very nice knowledgeable and professional. 10/10.

The staff is so welcoming (hey Giselle 👋🏾) and the salon is very clean. My therapist, Rich, is great! I'm middle-aged and overweight and I feel comfortable with him because he is very mindful of maintaining my modesty. I never feel overly exposed due to him only uncovering the area he's working on. He always finds spots that I wasn't aware needed attention and, when done,I leave feeling pain free.

Neil gave me truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. This man has magic hands and is incredibly knowledgeable about how the body works and how to handle it when it’s strained. Definitely will be booking with Neil again!

Had a service with Bianca. She was good and made sure to pay attention to areas where I have issues. Brenda at the front desk was amazing! Cheerful and friendly, she made me more comfortable for my first time at this salon.

Never been here before and tried scheduling an appointment. They canceled the day of with less than an hour and a half of notice, which was inconvenient. I missed their call telling me to reschedule, but their answering machine didn’t let any of my attempts to callback or leave a voicemail through. Overall, a negative experience and I won’t be trying to reschedule my appointment.

I moved and called the Southport location ahead to cancel rest of appointments. On the call, the lady said don’t worry I will take care of it. Then I never thought back my appointments were not canceled. At the same time, I also booked appointments at my new location, and when I got the appointment notification I thought it was my new location so I did confirm it through text. Suddenly I got a call saying I missed my appointment from Southport they will charge me cause the therapist needs to get paid. I get it, but why do I have to pay for the front desk mistake? I said I can show you I made the phone call and I even gave them the date the call was made. they still insist they have no way of verifying. Very disappointed for going to this location for years!!! Other than that, the therapist Brian here is very good. I would high recommend him.
