I been going to Marquette for at least 15 years, I have never had a complaint. Everyone there is amazing.

Dr. Bhandal and his nephew took such amazing care of my Olivia and made sure she healed from a terrible infection. Dr. Bhandal has been the vet for all of our family pets for years, always showing compassion, dedication, and genuine love for animals. I’m also so glad to know that his nephew will continue to serve our community just as his uncle has so faithfully done for so many years. I’m truly grateful for the care and kindness they’ve shown — I highly recommend Marquette Animal Hospital.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. The vet techs and veterinarian are so nice. They took their time when caring for my older German shepherd. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Wow. I just called in today to discuss pet euthanasia for my 13 year old Husky, Apollo. This is a very difficult time for my family so I decided to call his old veterinarian and the woman who answered has zero empathy for my situation. Her demeanor was just unpleasant and I’d expect more professionalism from this place. I hung up because this is not how you should treat people.

Horrible. We took one of our cats here nearly two months ago, and we attempted to take our other one in today. When my partner came in with the first cat to take care of a problem nail, they charged us for a nail trim but didn’t even bother touching the other nails. Yes, they did need to be trimmed. And we did pay for the nail trim. So, trim the nails?? We attempted to take the other in today for a UTI. We just moved to the area, and this “animal hospital” is closer than our usual vet. Our usual vet was also closed at the time (they’re closed from 12pm to 3pm). They asked my partner to call the vet and have them email him her records, so that he can then email them to this practice. Anytime I’ve taken my cat to a clinic for a uti when he vet is closed, we don’t have any issues. They still treat her. Not having whatever information they’re seeking doesn’t mean the cat doesn’t get treated. What was it that they NEEDED? Maybe her last labs? You can communicate that with us, maybe we have it in an email or can pull it from a previous insurance claim. What antibiotic she was administered? What information was absolutely necessary to treat her? If I were to take her to medvet or another emergency room, you’re telling me they wouldn’t treat her? The doctor was rude and dismissive. He kicked my boyfriend out of the practice without treating the cat. For a cat, struggling to pee and bloody urine is a big deal. You have to treat it asap. She was turned away because someone didn’t feel like dealing with it? You couldn’t have the person at the front desk request what information you so desperately needed and you just get that information when the vet is open? What about this makes the cat untreatable? Aren’t you an animal hospital? Why do you turn away an animal just because you want to be stubborn and grumpy? You could have still done something for her. Do you actually care about treating these animals? And at 2pm, other offices will be closing soon. We don’t have a car. We needed to take care of our baby.

I love the team here and how quick and efficient they are. Is there pricing is pretty good as well. Only thing that I would say is that I did not get a full price breakdown before having to pay.

Very friendly staff and doctor, but they'll make you wait outside for your turn, and they don't take appointments.

We used Dr. B for years until March 2022. We brought our 16 y/o dog there to be humanely euthanized because it was time. Unfortunately they told us we couldn’t be with her when they euthanized her due to Covid. This was completely unacceptable. My wife was vaccinated and could’ve worn a mask if you’re so concerned of covid 2 years after the pandemic. Because of their fear of catching covid our beloved family dog was put down alone and scared. Never going back again.
Follow up to your response. This is false, all restrictions regarding covid were lifted in February of 2022. We visited your office in March of 2022. Nice try blaming Covid for your offices own lack of compassion. Many businesses did the same and people like me don’t forget.
