Magic Nails have been in the Ashburn/Wrightwood area for years. They relocated down a few doors, then a few years later expanded. That's an indication that the business is going. Okay, why did I see A roach in the salon? Linda, the owner, has retired Idk if that's the reason why the business is not the same. The quality of work shows a lack of effort by the technicians.Services: Pedicure

Paid for NO chip powder white on Monday then Friday my polish turned a brownish greyish color, I called politely and the redid my nails.But I never had a Polish fail with anybody it was just an inconvenience.

I appreciate that they did designs, I was disappointed that the host didn't assign the technicians based on what the client wants. The first technician I had was SUPER impatient and RUDE. (Oldest man with black glasses.) It was his was or no way, and when I told him that his method of SNS wasn't safe, he decided to stop working on me MID process. (He tried to overlay the SNS ON TOP of my cuticles, and let me tell you when that stuff dries ITS PAINFUL for multiple days, and honestly very damaging to overall health.) Since he decides to quit on me I had to wait an extra 30 minutes just to get another technician to continue. The next technician, Kevin was so sweet and supportive...read full review
