I was discharged mid-treatment at session 22 of 36 for raising medically documented side effects and asking that they be recorded in my chart. Two audiologists and an urgent care physician confirmed my symptoms warranted follow-up. Michelle refused to document them and instead discharged me with a letter accusing me of malingering and threatening behavior neither of which is substantiated, and both of which contradict what her own staff and documentation has told me directly.
I was explicitly threatened that writing a review would result in discharge. I was discharged before writing one.
I am now restarting a full 36 session course elsewhere because of this clinic’s decision to abandon care rather than collaborate. Months later, I am still waiting for amended medical records I am legally entitled to under HIPAA.
Complaints have been filed with the IL and FL medical boards.
If you are considering this clinic: ask how side effects are handled, how often you will actually see an actual licensed provider in the state, and what their discharge policy looks like in writing. The answers will tell you everything.
My new clinic is competent, communicative, and treats patients with basic respect. The difference is not subtle.

Luxury Psychiatry Clinic is such a beautiful space. It honestly doesn’t feel like a typical doctor’s office at all, it’s chic, calming, and immediately makes you feel comfortable.
