I just had the most thorough and beautiful mani pedi that I’ve gotten in a long time. I feel lucky that I was able to walk in without and appointment and receive services today. ??

My mom and I visited Lu's because it was super close to the hotel where we were staying while visiting my brother, who lives in the city. They were friendly and squeezed us in, even though we didn't have appointments. We both got basic manicures (no acrylics or gel). My mom got regular polish, and I asked for a blue French tip. The stations looked horrendously dirty, but it's the quality of my manicure that really caused me to leave such a low rating. The technician working on my nails (who also seemed to be some sort of boss or manager, as she was working the front desk when we arrived) rushed through the entire service. I was taking a day off for some self care, and I called Lu's on a whim hoping they might have an opening, and they did! She was so nice and the pricing is very reasonable for great service. I'm really happy I found a great local place :)
