I was very pleased with Samantha and the entire delivery process. There was a lot to take in, and she gave me exactly the right amount of information to get started, knowing I could pick up the rest as I settled in. She clearly understands how overwhelming delivery day can be and guided me through it with confidence and clarity. Samantha was courteous, patient, and thoroughly professional throughout.
