Our kids have been going here for just about a year now. In an effort to get our kids a little more physically active (and mentally disciplined), we started looking around for a martial arts class. After doing trials at a couple of places, we settled on Longman, and could not be happier with our choice.
Instructor Bret has built an exceptional program at Longman Martial arts. His teaching style is patient yet firm. My daughter has been coming to this school for about a year now and we couldn’t be happier. She’s always shown self confidence but I have seen how this class helps them to believe in themselves and I have seen other kids confidence kick in and it’s beautiful to see. They learn respect and discipline and it’s a pretty good workout overall. My daughter is also in the sparring class on Saturdays and she loves it.
We have been coming to Longman since early 2018. One of our sons is a black belt here, and our other son is following in his path. We will be bringing our daughter soon as well! The youth TKD program is excellent. Instructors Bret and Tammy are consummate professionals and hold their learners to a high standard. My sons enjoy TKD, and REALLY enjoy sparring as well. They look forward to coming to their classes. I am also a student, as Muay Thai is offered for adults. Highly recommend!
