I visited for a no-chip (gel) pedicure. The service was very quick—possibly too quick for my preference. From arrival to having my previous gel removed, the pedicure completed, and payment, the entire visit took about 26 minutes. While I appreciate efficiency, I was hoping for a more thorough, relaxing experience given the service. I also noticed that my cuticles weren’t addressed until I mentioned it. I’ve had positive experiences at this salon in the past when I lived in the South Loop a year ago, but after this visit, I’m not sure if I would return.

Paid for a dazzle dry mani and it has already chipped on multiple nails after only 2 days. Very disappointing. Unfortunately I am not local so I am not able to go in and get it fixed either.

10/10 experience everytime! Always greeted with a warm smile and a welcome and always asked how my experience was when I leave. I went about a month ago and Angie just outdid herself with doing my nails and matching the inspiration I had shown her. Today I was with Uka who did a mani/pedi with me she also did such an amazing job with both. My toenails are super small and truly have never been so pleased with a pedicure before until today!! Just outstanding all the ladies always do such a wonderful job!!
