Great service and quality! I urgently needed same-day service to replace heel pads on a pair of suede stilettos. Called the shop, spoke with Mr. Jae, had the shoes ready in 10 minutes while I waited. The price was very reasonable. Cash only. The pads fit perfectly and are made of quality material that will last. This is not always the case with shoe repairs. The owner even treated the suede with pigment spray and sealed with water repellant spray. He is the kindest man who takes pride in his work. The man fixed my leather bag to perfection. The prices are very reasonable. He is very quick and does a great job. You can tell he is very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.
Wow! My jaw hit the floor after I saw the repairs made by the lovely gentleman who runs this shop. My son wore a pair of fancy loafers to school for picture day. Brand new shoes. He forgot to take them off at recess, and came home with massive scuffs, that's not even the right word - the toes of each shoe were completely stripped and shredded. I feared they were not fixable. But after careful attention, and certainty patience to repair matched by his expert hands .... The shoe repairman brought the shoes back to life; and care I say they look ever better than when I bought them!!!We also take my husbands work shoes, my leather boots, and pumps ... Outstanding work, and amazing prices each and every time. Come here, keep our local gems buzzing!
