Once he became a dentist, he chose to press on with his education and added M.D. to his credentials. Becoming an oral maxillofacial surgeon wasn’t his goal. Being the best was his goal. In order to accomplish this, he trained in cosmetic surgery in LA, Beverly Hills and New York. Good enough is not good enough for Dr. Hanson. To make sure each patient looks and feels their best, Dr. Hanson is constantly training and adding to his skills. When he wanted to erase the scars in the hairline, he studied under Bosley. He truly strives to make sure his patients have the best educated surgeon taking care of them. Dr. Hanson has trained at or worked for every major medical facility in Chicago. One of Dr. Hanson’s passions is training residents so that future generations will benefit from well trained doctors. He inspires and is inspired by these bright and dedicated doctors.
