I can’t believe it.I had to find out what was going on here due to the comments!As frustratedly stated by other customers, I also bought a Groupon for a tattoo removal. I haven’t completed the process and I have a few sessions left. It looks like Jordan, the woman myself and many others have been working with, has unexpectedly quit.Instead of being a professional about the situation, and issuing refunds, the owner has decided to completely ghost customers and ignore phonecalls.I had no idea what was going on and it sucks that I had to find out by checking out the reviews.I don’t think the owner or anyone else here had treated me terribly, they did a great job greeting... read full review

I have been coming here for years, first for laser hair removal and now for Botox. Today I arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and was told the new person doing injections would be here shortly. After 35 minutes of waiting, I was told he isn't here and was not answered his phone. I don't understand why the office couldn't call me earlier to say he wasn't here.

This place is awesome for laser hair removal. They have excellent lasers that target the removal of your hair. I have been coming here for years. On my last visit, I saw that they have updated their laser equipment. I have to say the new lasers are truly amazing. They blow cool air while your hair is being lasered and I can see that they are more precise in targeting your hair. Crystal did my last laser treatment. She is especially talented and really knows her trade. I would definitely recommend this place.
